Change and Cancellation Policy

Change Your Registration

You can change your registration, for example, switch a workshop or room-mate preferences, until Sunday, July 5, 2026, using the form at lifecamp.fi/change.

After Monday, July 6, we can only take changes to contact information into account.

Cancel Your Registration

If you fall ill before the camp or have to cancel it, notify us as soon as possible using the form at lifecamp.fi/change.

Cancellation Policy until July 5, 2026:

The camp can be cancelled free of charge until Sunday, July 5.

If you have paid for the camp in advance, we will refund the camp fee after the camp.

Cancellation Policy from July 6–19, 2026:

For cancellations between July 6–19, we will charge a €30 cancellation fee.

If you have paid for the camp in advance, we will refund the camp fee (minus the cancellation fee) after the camp.

If you have not paid for the camp in advance, we will send a cancellation invoice after the camp.

However, do not come if you are sick! The cancellation fee will not be charged if you provide a doctor’s certificate.

Cancellation Policy from July 20, 2026 onwards:

If you cancel the camp on the start day or fail to attend without cancelling, we will charge 100% of the camp fee.

If you have not paid for the camp in advance, we will send an invoice after the camp.

The cancellation fee will not be charged if you provide a doctor’s certificate.

Why a cancellation fee?

Accommodation and a workshop place have been reserved for every camper for the duration of the week. Before the camp, we make purchases for the workshops. Because of this, it is important for us to know as accurately as possible who is coming!

We do not refund the camp fee if you fall ill or otherwise have to leave the camp halfway through.

You, New Friends, God
– and the Finnish Summer!
